The breakfast spread was a good start to each day, especially the fresh pastries that added a special touch to the mornings.
The small pool was disappointing as it was dirty with dead insects, which deterred us from using it as we had hoped.

it offered us particularly good location right by all the major attractions, the sights, sounds and smells of the souks of marrakech and restaurants and cafes. went to kosybar for drink or two, set at a moderate distance from the hotel. the room we had included a safe box, a stone fireplace, and central heating.

The breakfast was traditional with a great selection of delicious options. Location: the hotel was not far from restaurants and cafes in the old town and the sights, sounds and smells.

Highly recommend for groups seeking adventure
We felt completely safe here while we were two young women. The very nice breakfast spread was exquisite, mostly pastries and fresh fruit, made mornings special.
A bit pricey but honestly worth every dime.

Charming walk to the riad adds to the local experience. Comfortable Beautiful Suite with a secure hotel feeling.
Inaccessible by car, requiring a walk that might challenge those with mobility issues. Humidity issue in the ground floor room that needs attention. Keeping windows closed compromises light and privacy.

Riad Hayati reminded me of home with really good hospitality from Abdel. The bathroom door in our smaller room lacked privacy.

Gorgeous ambiance in Riad Hayati with really good hospitality. Abdel, the manager, always were very good, helping with transport and offering great restaurant recommendations. The breakfast each morning was good, with fresh Moroccan pastries and tea. My Beautiful Suite was comfortable and beautifully decorated. The riad's location requires a bit of a walk to reach, which might be a concern for those with mobility issues. The lack of a lock on the door also stood out as a minor drawback, although I felt secure throughout my stay.

A much-needed bathroom door in the smaller rooms!!! The humidity problem in the ground floor room needs attention. Walking through narrow streets to reach the hotel could be challenging for some guests!!!

The staff provided really good service. The quiet atmosphere allowed for peaceful relaxation, and the homemade jams served at breakfast were a good highlight that added a personal touch. Access to the hotel can be challenging, especially for those with mobility issues, as it requires navigating through narrow streets. A lack of cleanliness around the pool slightly detracted from the overall ambiance.
